What are the phase 2 restrictions or requirements for bars and restaurants?

Wear a mask, call any restaurant to see if they are even open, don’t expect to bar crawl.

They are going to do that at like 3AM one night. The deceased individuals will be so badly decomposed by now.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. This is New Orleans we are talking about.

They will probably do it at 5 pm during rush hour and announce it a week in advance so all the news channels can get an up close zoom in on the bodies.

Will probably be more symbolic than anything else.
Hasn’t it been 8 or 9 months now

Restaurants are open. Bars are not unless they are licensed as a restaurant.

Pretty much any restaurant you want to eat at is open. You can sit around and have drinks at your table before and after dinner. Servers aren’t rushing you. Restaurants aren’t crowded bc of spacing. We’ve been have some great dinners

Underrated experience with the restaurants half empty right now.

Yes many good restaurants are open. My friend had a great meal at August last weekend.

Stay away from NOLA until the Rona is over.

Or until we have a new Mayor.

Whichever comes first.

Masks worn when walking around. Restaurants at 50% capacity. Bars are closed, but there are plenty of places that you would kind of consider a bar like Wrong Iron or Bacchanal that are operating as restaurants.

Bacchanal for instance is taking reservations, has a really nice outdoor area with tents and fans.

I agree with this. I've had some of the better meals in years in the past couple of months. Chefs have had downtime to work on menus and their craft, and less tables means a bit more attention to detail.

There have been some bad experiences mixed in because of service and staffing issues, but still some pretty good meals.

Peche, Costera, Bacchanal have all been good experiences.
