That sounds pretty good actually. There is no smell quite like ghee mixed with fresh rice. I always joke with my mom that we should sell candles with that scent

Is the garlic-ginger paste something you buy premade, or does your mom make her own?
I've bought ghee twice, and then let it sit in my fridge unused for more than a year because I wasn't sure what to do with it.

I use it all the time. I cook with it like any other oil. It can take higher temperatures for longer periods of time compared to butter. Great for sautéing.

Thanks for the pics and the measurements. Im gonna do this venison.... But I dont have a pressure cooker. Wonder what time and temp in the oven?

Mom makes it at home. You can buy it premade though.

Asked my mom. She said you can definitely order them online. Our plants stay outside and are extremely easy to take care of. She said she had no problem giving away a small plant if you want to go that route though.
