I've always jokingly wondered this myself. I mean it is right next to a strip club...

Is it better than Little Village? I was sorely disappointed the last time we went to LV

I like it better than LV. The ambiance is half the fun.

Well Ive always wondered why the floors look like Burger King from 1970's. I guess when your are always cleaning bloody bodies off the floor there is no point in updating.

I am the phone with the person who went there...they laughed and said yes when I asked about the door.

They also mentioned that the wait staff were older than the normal mom/pop establishment ...and all wearing tuxedos for lunch. That was the first clue to them.....something was not normal

The first thing that made me think that was the first time I went there I was sitting near a guy with slicked back hair, white pants, and a teal silk button up.

This is not abnormal.

Nothing about that place screams mafia.

No. But, try the veal, it's the best in the city (and probably the state).

I know Gino's brother Lawrence used to be involved in some shady dealings. He used to hang around the restaurant quite a bit; not sure if he still does.

In other news the Veal Sorrentina and Almond Cream Cake are the tits
