The mighty Warhawks of ULM look to continue their rampage through the ranks of the Sun Belt conference, facing off against Coastal Carolina at 11:30am on ESPN+.

As an encore presentation, the resurgent Bayou Bengals of LSU look to ride their momentum against possibly their toughest test yet, the top seeded Commodores of Vanderbilt at 3:30 on the SECN.

Prime brisket on the smoker since 6am, 2 racks of lamb to join it in a bit. Geaux Tigers and Hawks #KAKAW

Going to cold smoke some Alaskan sockeye. Doing a pork belly on the BGE, roasting a bunch of beef bones for beef bone broth.

Probably some other cooking as well.

May be the saddest thing I'll see here all weekend. Only had crawfish 4 times this year in the culinary wasteland of Orlando.

Bump for a Sunday that feels like a Saturday.

Got two racks of baby backs on the kettle. Using cherry wood and keeping temp around 275. Threw on around noon hoping to have done for dinner. Usually wrap ribs but planning to go unwrapped and let it ride.

Good lord.

I'm doing some ribs tomorrow. Just threw some beans on the smoker to get those knocked out and done ahead of time.
