So I got bored today with the gf gone, so I decided to cook one of my favorite dishes...Be gentle this is my first time posting a recipe online
Start off strong with a good beer
Here are some of the ingredients...got some ground up green onion sausage from Chris's Specialty Meat Store, as well as some marinated pork from there as well. I added some mustard to the pork and let it sit for an hour or so.
Also not pictured I have some cut up green onion Manda Sausage .
Here is some pictures of the cooking process
Once the meat is nice a browned, I take it out and add some cut up veggies and deglaze the pan with some chicken stock. Let this cook down until the veggies are soft.
Then... I add the sausage and tasso back to the pot. After a couple of minutes I add in the pork.
After the chicken stock has cooked down a little bit...I add two frosty Miller light's
Let sit in the oven at 350 covered for a good bit until everything gets nice a tender.
Then take off top and let cook until the sauce turns into a gravy like consistency.
Finished product...money shot to come in a little bit
Money Shot

It takes an hour or so for everything to get nice a tender.
The sauce this dish makes is absolutely amazing

Love that Miller went back to the old school cans. That design is so much better than that new age shite they have.
Food looks great too.

Sure.

Brown sausage, tasso, pork chops.
Take out meat then cook veggies, deglaze pan with chicken stock. Let cook four a couple of minutes till veggies are soft.
After this, add meat cook all together for a couple of minutes (add additional chicken stock if necessary).
Add two cans of Miller light, place in 350/400 degree oven until Pork becomes tender.

I would eat it. Probably seconds too. Might want some skillet fried toast with mine, but that is just me.
