Frenchman to St Ann recommendations

The wife and I have a sitter for a weekend and will be staying at a BnB in the residential section of the Quarter about 2 blocks off of Elysian Fields. We will be doing all day Saturday and Sunday, and the plan is to try a couple of new places. Adolfo's is my favorite spot, so we will not be going there this time. We prefer to avoid anything west of St Ann in order to be away from the Bourbon crowds. Also we are walking everything, so Bywater is not an option. (I know, we have many restrictions 
)
So far we have reservations for Sunday Brunch at Cafe Amelie (love this place, but we have not done the brunch yet). We are looking for:
-Sat lunch and dinner
-Any places with unique drinks for between meals
-Any good coffe/pastry places for early Sunday morning

Two tiny spot recs. El Libre on Dumaine just off Decatur has a great Cuban sandwich and excellent traditional daiquiri as well as other cocktails.
Spitfire coffee on St. Peter(one block out of your parameters) between Chartres and Royal has excellent coffee and small pastry selection. Pastry goes quickly.

The Italian Barrel is a favorite of mine for a night time meal.
The Grape vine on Orleans is a great hang out, sort of a bar and grill with outstanding appetizers. They have a wine special for both by the glass and bottle. I would get a bottle of red and the wife a bottle of white and we would be set for a while.

Keep in mind, Decadence Fest is this weekend in the FQ, so its going to be crowded and if your easily offended, you may want to venture out to other areas. For dinner, try Three Muses or Adolpho's, both are on Frenchman. Also, Trinity just opened n Decatur and is getting good reviews. For lunch, try Coop's on Decatur.
Again - its going to be a true sh*t show in the FQ. Uber is prevalent in the city, and I'd recommend you use it to travel to other areas for dinner.;

Cosimo's is a great bar over on that side of the 1/4. I second the Italian Barrel.
Drinks at Amelie are really good, so you may have to visit more than once. Last brunch I had there I got the salmon, which they were happy to serve very rare, and it was great. The horseradish sauce was a little strange, but it was interesting and grew on me. I'd skip the fireballs.
You need to take your wife to Gem De France on that side of Royal. My wife loves that damn place. I swear I have something in the house from every trip to NOLA...I think its mostly because my wife loves to speak broken French to that old lady, then she feels bad if she doesn't purchase something.

Additionally, Angeline is worthwhile, Coop's (only if there is not a line), Cane & Table, Bar Tonique and Meauxbar are are all good. Irene's if you avoid the purgatory of the waiting room. R Bar and Harry's Corner for people watching.
If you feel like braving another couple blocks past St. Ann I'd throw in Brennan's and Doris Metropolitan.

If the place you are staying has a good spot to relax and indulge in some take out - you are right by both Gene's Po'boys which is one of the top contenders for the best hot sausage po'boy as well as the Rampart Food store, a personal favorite for their fried shrimp po'boy and surprisingly good fried rice. Yes, fried rice.
For breakfast/lunch Horn's is also worth a stop if you are looking for something new.
