I'll be there. It was the only way to convince my mother to come with me to spend the day in "dangerous New Orleans"

Music lineup is fantastic, especially on Sun when they have Jon Cleary and Stephanie Jordan.

Can't wait. I just hope the rain holds out.

I'll be there early tomorrow. I need to get some creoles to put on my white bread w/ mayo.

I'm sure I'll grab a Beam at Lafitte's. I'll bump the thread when I get there. I won't stay long, I have a pool to watch this weekend.

No joke, I went to Lafitte's on Saturday and met a man wearing a biloxi shuckers hat. i also met Tigerpilot! We got to watch the naked Bicycle parade
We went into the french market and got as far as the crepe cart. Saw lots of people selling tomatoes but no bands playing or chefs cooking

Yep. Festival was hard to navigate and really packed so we bailed and went to bars instead.

Agreed. We weren't sure where to go.

Most of the food was located near the US Mint and the Abita stage. We were out there from 1:00-2:30.
