I can’t say I’ve ever seen a 33lb Turkey. That’s massive.

I deboned a 21lb yesterday stuffed with spinach, garlic and onion, like a gallintine and roasted yesterday at 450 for 2.5 hours and it was a bit over cooked.

Same with bones would be about 3.5-4 hours maybe.

I make a schedule like this when i brew 2 beers in one day. Some say it's anal retentive. I say they're probably right.

Love this and wish I had the fortitude to create something like this. Mine is more of an internal clock and explains my rushed motions at times.

Tell Sarah to Uber, can’t have any surprises in a trip to pick her up. Car could break down, traffic, whatever thanksgiving is ruined because of it. Your welcome.

Where in the frick do you get a 33 pound turkey? I saw a 24 pound one at Costco that looked about the size of a fricking emu.
