I wonder what kind of service they will provide?

What do you mean? Do you really think they are going to hire people from American ghettos to work there like they do here? You might not believe this but if you go to a fast food joint in say Montana, the staff and service is a little different than in the south.

The Popeyes by my house is the worst fast food establishment of any kind in the Nola metro area.

During the Covid timeframe the ran out of chicken several times. They have walked out and locked the doors mid shift.
They are closed randomly some days and a lot of evenings.

Mardi Gras Day in 2021 they didn't open and like many days, they didn't put up a sign or cones in the drive through. People sat in line and just waited until they figured out the place wasn't open. Someone from the bar next door will sometimes go put a piece of paper on the drive through menu to let people know that they are closed.

That's fast food in general these days.

Probably because we’ve all experienced it and you read it in your head in an accent

I was in Vietnam back in January of 20 and it was such an awesome day! I was surprised at how good it was and that it was in Vietnam.

I went to a Popeyes while I was living in France. Most of the workers were from the Congo

When they open the Congo restaurant, there's going to be all white people working there.

The Popeye's in my city is likely the closest thing to Hell on Earth. It's the one fast food establishment I've banned from my family's rotation. If the kids are craving it badly enough, I've driven 30 minutes into the next town to hit their Popeye's rather than go to the location 5 minutes from home. It's that bad.
