excellent nutrient dense foods:
dark green leafy vegetables
mangos
nuts
berries
avacado
whole wheat bread
lean proteins
apples, pears, tomatoes- fruit or vegs with this skin on them for added fiber

Your food spectrum is perfect, but you really only want about 2-3 servings a week max of any bread/grains.
Kale, Collards, and Spinach are the best 3 foods you can put in your body.
