Dijon on both sides of the bun, cooked weiner, chili, grated extra sharp cheddar, diced onion. Put under the broiler and let the bread get toasty and the cheese get melty, bubbly, and golden.

I like my bun toasted or grilled, preferably.
I like a good hot dog just grilled or pan sauteed, sliced, sometimes. I use Hebrew National or Nathan's. Have found any other really good ones. They're out there, I'm sure, though.
