Stopped and bought a couple of prime ribeyes for the family tonight! Usually do the reverse sear but thinking about Sous Vide.

You better not sear ‘em too much unless you like it well done

Hate to break it to you, but those aren't prime. Look as lean as an eye of round.

What are you making? Jerky?

Why did you slice one decent ribeye into 4 pieces fit for a pho?

Did you splurge on the A1 or are you just getting ketchup like normal?

Good for the sale — hope you got a fair price. We’re rice farmers and the price sucks.

The one downside to ordering a steak at Waffle House. No chance at medium rare. Either raw or gray
