Cranked the smoker yesterday. Have pinto beans, burnt ends, pulled pork tacos, stuffed jalapeños, potato salad, sausage, chicken legs.

We are growing at an alarming rate. Doing contracts for a 14 story JPMC building, Amtrak at Union Station and the National Gallery of Art among others.
