FBD - Boneyard Bone-a-fide Pale Ale. This is an excellent Pale Ale. Is it better than Envie? Not IMO. Is it the best Pale Ale in Oregon? Again, not IMO.

Woody to me tas I one of those that I actually prefer with a little age. It loses some of its bitterness and the pineapple/mango really shines

Just throwing this out there, and totes cool it nobody feels like going to the trouble, but would anyone like to do an IPA trade? I'm pretty sure I've literally had every IPA available in Alabama 100 times before, so I would love to just get something I haven't had a million times. It seems like envie is readily available, so would anyone like to trade for some? I'll send whatever I can get my hands on, IPA or not....

Good people IPA has really improved and would be a good trade for envie imo

frick hops, I need the roast. Something I never thought I'd say. This midterm is turning into a bitch and a half. Ugh.

I'll send you some.

Good people IPA is a fantastic IPA. Basically no malt, incredibly smooth. I love good people beer in general, but I've probably drank 10,000 gallons of it over the last 2 years or so
Alabama has some great brews that I think easily stand up next to envie, but I know how much the baws on here love it so i don't expect many to want to trade for it

Any timetable on the expansion?
Sounds like they're really unsure. People keep asking, but I think it depends on a lot of things. Can't be TOO bad if they're paying the chef to work on the menu right now though.

Friend is one of the interior designers. Rumor was to be open for the parade, but I am unsure if that is still the rumor. I'd have to ask.
Sorry, I suck at info tonight.

Based on the ones you gave me last month, it may have improved a bit, but it is still just OK to me.

Taste buds are a funny thing. Totally understandable. The last six pack I got was super fresh and it was really great, very refreshing. I see your offer above so if there is anything you like or would like to try just let me know. Like I said, I'm just dying to drink something I haven't had a million times. Envie seemed like the obvious choice but I'm willing to try any IPA not available in Alabama

I've had Good People IPA many times over the years and I've always thought it was just OK and nothing special. I never thought it was good enough to bring back with me from trips to AL. I always thought that Monkeynaut was better, but I do agree that the cans I got from Coater last month seemed better. They were not super fresh though. I've always enjoyed Snake Handler.
I will give you my email and I will send you some Envie. I am not worried about what you send me in return.
Let me know when you are ready for the email address.

FBD: Bright. Probably the least like a standard juicy TH beer of any that I've ever had. More like a west coast IPA, but still a very good west coast IPA.

See I like monkeynaut but GP IPA has always been > monkeynaut in my very humble opinion, of course. Straight to Ale makes great beers though. They actually have a monkeyhaut (I guess that's how they spell it, I've only ever had it on draft) and its monkeynaut brewed with habenero peppers. Really wish I could get my hands on some canned snake, but they only can once a year in January. I could possibly get you a growler of it, but unfortunately Montgomery only has 1 place that fills growlers and they didn't have it on tap last time I went there.
Very gracious offer of you, man. Even if you aren't too worried about what you receive in return, I would still like to show my appreciation by sending you something you will enjoy.
Don't worry about posting your email if you don't want it out for everyone to see. My email is thanksjer at yahoo dot com so just holler at me anytime it's convenient for you. I already get enough spam to that address, a few more wont matter
Also, 6bd
