Courtyard

While I enjoy their beer, the courtyard is lacking any real atmosphere...especially for a place called Courtyard.

Full disclosure: I have only been during the day.

In addition to Second Line, Avenue Pub, and Nola, I'd also suggest Bayou Beer Garden. Great outside atmosphere with a robust beer offering.

It has a great, scrappy industrial aesthetic with a view of the freeway overpass. Reminds me a bit of Zeitgeist in S.F.

Yeah. I know what you're sitting on...

Drink the Breakside first. It's a delicious IPA, but the rest of them will wreck your palate...

NBD - Double Stack to finish the breakfast combo. Maple syrup and coffee stout.

That's a good one. When fresh, it's my favorite. I had a glass the other day at a different place than where you got yours. If it is from the same batch, you'll be pleased. Very juicy. Be careful, it's near 12% ABV.

ETA - 4miles has tried fresh and notsofresh Notorious. He can attest to the difference...

All of those beers are great, though. Try to reset your palate between them, though.
