I was drooling thinking how close I was to carrying off the best of Dallas the other night before the box took a different turn. I'm pretty sure I got preempted over concerns about the lifespan of Zappa Dust in my possession.

With you sloop, none of Monday Night's beers do anything for me.
Agreed have had a couple of things from Orpheus that I dug. I hear Southbound in Savannah is pretty good, but don't think they can / bottle.

Not quite as good as last go 'round but still a quality beer. I really like the lemon flavor they have going on and the drinkability due to right amount of hops / good carbonation / bright texture is right on.

I've heard zappa DE cinque is legit. I know the DE dos and DE Quatro were both on HIT

Dinner prepped. Rack of lamb, couple steaks, sliced red potatoes, brussel sprouts. I smell of salt, spices, onions, garlic, and high quality beef. I want to reverse sear and eat myself.
