That's one thing they could learn from St. Arnolds. When one of their beers hits, they make it a yearly/seasonal thing.

Black Metal Stout. Wytchmaker Rye and Noble King saison. All use farmhouse style yeast so they are sorta belgian. Boxers Revenge is a sour but near impossible to.find. They have a Funkhouse Metal Stout coming out but I havent seen it anywhere.

It sounds like Southern Star is doing this with this year's Pro-Am. Maybe even a year round beer. I hope so.

Not sure. List Eater went to the brewery and found out about it there, but I haven't heard anything about the new name or seen what the new can would look like
