Nearly everyone here has had both fresh and they’re both great, but for me I will take Yellow Rose over ghost 9/10 times.
Andrew, stop trying to eliminate the bitterness. It’s part of the style.

For all those dying to know what you missed at the Low Road Wings & Ales Fest......pretty thin crowd, but that only made it more pleasant for me. The wings were great. A few were really superb and as good as I’ve ever had, so that was a treat. Beers were all homebrews, which had me excited, but were mostly average, with a few standouts. I really dig a low-key Fest with hidden gems. Hopefully, this continues to grow...and I’ll certainly attend again.
