FBD:

And I poured as gently as possible.

Eta: drain pour. Brett beers are usually complete hits or misses for me.

FBD is a homebrewed Citra pale ale. Was intended to be a Zombie Dust clone. Kinda missed that mark, but it's still very good. Lots of citrusy hop flavor, decent aroma and very easy drinking with little bitterness. I'm gonna enjoy having this keg on hand.

Don't suppose you bottled any?

SBD is remainder of DFH Noble Rot from last night. Almost opened a Monk's Cafe, but figured I should finish this instead

Yeah, that's annoying with some brett bottle conditioned beers.

Nope, I didn't. Really enjoying the ease of kegging then drinking 2 days later.
