IMO scallops are the easiest meal with the biggest payoff. Dey so good.

I agree. I love them. A favorite meal is scallops with wilted spinach and bacon. Fry a couple slices of bacon crispy. Drain most of grease and turn up the heat and sear the scallops. Remove scallops and turn down the heat and add the spinach and crushed bacon until just wilted. Serve scallops on the spinach FTW.

FBD - Delusions of Grandeur IPA by Urban Family Brewing. Pretty good. Needs some color, though.
Went to the release of the 10th Anniversary The Abyss today and picked up some bottles. Just went to the grocery to have a beer, and the beer manager had set aside some for me. Pretty nice that my grocery had it, today...

Came out of Whole Foods after work and stepped in to a craft beer tasting. Had a Loup Garou, Commotion, and a few new beers from New Belgium. They actually weren't bad at all. New gluten free beer line.
