I have to come to Madison for work a few times a year and always makes sure to drink some spotted cow while here.

It really depends but a "typical" week when just doing whatever is probably 35 - 40 miles. Then I will work that up when getting ready for a race. I'm starting a 20 week cycle for Cactus Rose 100 and I'll work up form 40 miles (last week) towards 100 mile weeks in September.

FBD after a long day is a Fat Head's Head Hunter IPA.



Sometime you know as soon you pop the top that an IPA will treat you well. Excellent.
