Does basement count as square footage?

If so, are home prices per SF lower, or are home prices just higher over there?

Home prices are really high. Denver is becoming like California on home prices. I hope to ride it out a few more years then sale out and go pay cash for a nice house somewhere less crowded.

SBD GITM. has anyone noticed sediment in any of their bottles? I've got an entire 4 pack with sediment in it. It tastes a little off.
