Nice creamy coffee brew with some earthy notes and caramel in the rear.

FBD is soon. Only had two yesterday while traveling home, but they were quality Sculpins.
Gotta gear up for the Panthers to win the South today!

SBD: getting some pepper on the nose but I'm not picking it up on the tongue. Best thing about this beer is that it's at my neighborhood grocer

My Rouses on Tchoup that outside of providing a parking lot to tailgate for Tip's shows I think sucks. But Ive seen it at a few places.

Mid City Whole foods was out when I was there last week. I'll have a couple days to look around for some.

mine too but I've always passed. I'm pretty spoiled with our selection at my local HEB, pretty bad when you start treating Sculpin, double jack, BCS, etc…like shelf turds

Yeast Wrangler DIPA, Overly Friendly IPA, Oyster Stout*, Pluff Mud Porter* (note: deliberately brewed on the thin side), Washout Wheat* (nice easy drinker).
*Denotes being canned.
Everything else that they brew is Taproom only save for kegs that get distributed.

If you asked for Coast recs, I would have just said "try everything."

+1
I've put down enough nitrous in that lot to kill a thousand antelopes.

NBD: Canebrake
Dislike this beer but I'm trying to check into 500 distinct beer this year on untapped. Getting close and there are plenty low hanging fruit around like this one.
