The price tag should talk you out of it. It’s just not worth. When you can get a lightly used Little Guy or an Intech Flyer for less than half price, or a new little guy or intech for 4-6k less, it’s just not worth it. If you need to please the wife, look at the intech Luna. That’ll probably be what I get next.
I think airstreams are awesome, but the juice just isn’t worth the squeeze. The argument is they hold their value, but you have to find the right buyer for them because when you can get 2x the square footage with slide outs for the same price, Jim from chackbay going to lowball the shite out of you. Not to mention for smaller trailers there’s even a smaller market. Overall just hard to sell, especially hard to sell in Louisiana where 7/10 people shopping for a trailer have the room to store it at home, so might as well go big.

Keep in mind you can run this entire thing (including a/c) off of a 2000 watt Honda quiet generator.
So if you get out off the grid, no an issue to miss a shower for a night or two if you got one of those.

Will look into it. You are right, wife saw what our old neighbors (retired) did with their airstream and just assumes I have time to refurb an older one. I used to have hornet by keystone but it is more than what is needed for shorter trips.
