Some of the best taprooms are dives. Boneyard has one of the dumpiest taprooms I've ever been to, yet I wouldn't think of going to Bend and not stopping. For me, its the beer and the company first, and then the aesthetics. Having said that, there are some occasions where I want a taproom with great aesthetics, like when I'm taking my wife out for our 25th anniversary.

Parish Envie with the 6/11 bottling date. Kim Jong may need to venture into the 70810 to find it.

I just picked up a sixer at Matherne's on Highland. I will crack one for my 2BD.

2BD Nose smells kinda farty

Wow. Doesn't drink like a DIPA. Smooooooth. This is a good beer. I think GitM is a little more wild, punch you in the face. I like that, but that's a stylistic preference. Pretty even, but Ghost has the edge I think. Can't go wrong with either.

I wish I had a fresh Ghost to compare it to.

Agreed. I had it canned first and was disappointed. The draft at GR was really good though.

Trying to leave work and start on FBD.

Could take some pics, but I'm not their right now. They have all the West coast stuff - probably about 800-900 beers.

Obviously that includes a good selection of imports and some eastern beers (like Southern Tier).

I'd like to try it on tap. I have been disappointed in the canned stuff.
