I drank a frick ton of beer this weekend and didn’t document a single one of them. Sorry Curds, I’ll make sure to give a good write up when I pop my solo bottle!
Figured I’d break open an Ocean Between Us this afternoon. This batch dry-hopped with Mosaic, aged with apricots and blood oranges is absolutely fantastic! Being 100% Brett, it is undeniably tame in the funk arena. Which i’m digging. Some overripe fruit funk accentuated by the two fruits it’s aged on, its incredibly crisp and dry. This is such a satisfying beer that I wish I had saved for a hot Saturday afternoon. But damn if I’m not enjoying the hell out of it now!
Oh yeah, I want to thank RonFNSwanson and the Mrs. for the latest addition to our family, Yves! (pronounced like Eve)

FBD. The flavor profile shows tropical fruit all the way, but the booze is definitely noticeable on the back end. It is also a bit too sweet for me but that might be the age showing.
