Can you age fruit beers? I have 2 of each, raspberry tart, Serendipity, and Belgian Red from New Glarus and was thinking of aging one.

I think possibly I know what you're talking about, and I will lay the blame for the answer being no squarely on steak. The reason I might not know what your talking about is probably also his fault.

I don't see why not. But with how sweet those are, I don't see them aging well. The 2+ year old sours that I've had are less tart and more sweet than fresh.
