5BD was an Abita Amber on the deck at work. Hey, it was the best option in the fridge there.
6BD was a Bear Republic XP Pale Ale. OK. Easy drinking, but I tired of it. No date on the bottle, and I'm wondering how old it was. Tasted past its prime.
7BD was a taste of my homebrew DIPA after taking the gravity reading. Whole E. shite. This will be my best homebrew yet. And this was before dry hopping with 2 oz Simcoe, 2 oz Centennial and 2 oz Columbus. Yield will be a good bit less than 5 gallons, what with all the hops in primary. But got it down from 1.071 to 1.012 in 8 days. So roughly 7.8% now. Thinking this can get down to 1.010 over the next week. Can't wait to drink this one again. The hopheads will love this one.
