FBD: LaCumbre Elevated GOAT IPA

So nice. There was none on the cooler racks, so I had to go snooping inside the walk-in cooler and bought the last two 4-packs on the pallet.

Elevated and the Simcoe PA are the only two I've been able to get my hands on during my journeys out to Carlsbad and Hobbs.

I may have to head up to Artesia this trip, and if I do, I'll scout out any grocery stores there for more. I need to come up with a reason to head to the state offices in Santa Fe. I'm sure there's much more variety in that town.

FBD This is an interesting little hop. I get some pine, some citrus, but there's a note of dried apricot there on the finish that I find appealing. Not a bad effort, but I probably wouldn't buy again.
