Butternut Squash Bread turned out ok. I was out of ginger candy so its not quite where it should be. I can remedy that with a ginger glaze tomorrow.

The only squash I cook and my girls like is the simple long yellow squash. Cook it in butter and seasoning (Rod's from Church Point).

That's a good squash too. A few years back I had this butternut squash quesadilla and it really changed my opinion of it. Before that I'd mainly made butternut squash soup. Now I use it as an occasional protein replacement in tacos or what not or in baking.

My farts smell much better. I drink kale juice so I didn't find it too bad but boy it was funny watching people drink that crap.
