If this is the first one you're going to drink, forget everything I've said. It's still a damn fine DIPA.
yeah, my first upper case....some a-hole had the nerve to ship me 17 day old beer.

Joking, for those that didn't know.

Congress Street is the flagship beer and juicy, it's fine, the non juice bombs you better inhale within a certain time period.....with lackluster breweries like Parish, their stuff may get better with time since they have no idea when the beer is good or bad, you can age bad batches of GITM and hope it gets better, you can't do that with premier breweries, drink it fresh, they usually know what they are doing and tell you that on the can/bottle.....

Alright boys, FBD and NBD are a science faceoff for best single IPA in Louisiana...

Had the wife blindfold me (yep)
Initial taste goes to Bloom for the softness
After a couple more sips I was liking the brightside for its bite
Still going and I really can just say that I like them both and they are slightly different types of juice. Maybe slight edge to Bloom on the nose.

More research coming soon

It was pre-aged.

They cellar it in a Delorean?

You still got it! Poor articulation on my part. I meant that somebody else aged it for me before I drank it.

Congress was good to go. I don't think it's mosaic. It was definitely one of my favorites.

LBD

My favorite can design of the ones you gave me.

It's not, it's galaxy and columbus hops, that PBP looks good.

It's a very good porter. Want more PB. Letting it warm a bit.

This is great. My coworker gave a few of these because he didn't want them. Never even heard of it before.

FBD- Crucial Aunt
SBD- GBS From Hardywood. So tasty.
NBD- IdontwanttoBeU. Zero IBU DIPA. It confuses me immensely, but so tasty.

By the way, I highly recommend the people of the FBD thread to find themselves some Hornswoggler from The Veil. It's a really tasty chocolate stout made with a lot of coconut. If you like a Mounds bar, you will absolutely love Hornswoggler.
