First time I met that guy was in Trillium’s beer garden. He was working there. Had a huge afro. Cool guy.
My latest brew called “Click Bait”. All Simcoe hops, single malt grain bill. I wanted to see if I could make a good beer with a single hop and malt. Came out nice.

Ha, I moved up here that summer and he short term moved in with me from August to almost November. One of my favorite humans.
Daddy Hot Bird popup at Barrel Proof was really great. I did the Uptown heat level (second hottest) and thought it had a ton of flavor to the spice as well as a solid level of heat that really lingered. Juke Joint IPA pictured
