So my palate might be wrecked after all thos brett and sour beers but this is a really clean beer. I like this. Probably more so than Envie for my palate.

I enjoyed it with low expectations coming in. Not a juice bomb, but a well balanced double.

The Giant Hop for Mankind was the subject of an epic facebook war today. About what you'd expect. People calling Bayou Teche shite and that beer specifically mediocre, then plenty of individuals calling them snobs and the like. There were a few other profanities. Karlos chimed in and was suitably offended but at other times very great.

The consensus was everyone loses because they're fricking idiots for arguing about beer on the Internet. I lost more than some because I'm a bigger idiot than most.
