Fbd:

Just prepped a couple of butts to put on the smoker ... will probably put them on around 8 or 9 tonight. I’ve never done a over night smoke so hopefully it’ll come out good

I actually met Yeezy IRL at the Trillium Garden yesterday. Good dude.

Yes, he is.

I had a couple more DDH Blooms and a Miller High Life at a crawfish boil earlier. I came home and took the ribs out and caught a little courtesy nap. Contemplating next BD or an early switch to brown.....

FBD: First beer with the krewe. Got this at Delchamps yesterday. The ridiculous amount of hops are gone and the beer really shines now.

FBD was my shifty (Mettle) that I chugged so I'd have a cup that I could use to bail beer and bullshite from our "drains"

Gnarvana and Permutation 38 (Citra IPA, new yeast) for the next two.

Can anyone with details give me some info about the Gnarvana? Mostly about the hops used. Interesting beer. As many on here have said, it's predominantly pineapple juice, but I'm with Kim re: the sweetness. Also getting the impression that there might be some flaked oats in there. Just got me wondering.
