NBD is another Pure Hoppiness as the butt comes off the smoker. Many thanks to others on the FDB for the butt. Snake method and maverick thermometer are both things people on this board talk about, and they both work. Now on to brewing beer.

You got it Kim. I'm thinking I may make a post on the board. I stole the idea from Motorboat's thread not too long ago. Used his recipe with some tweaks. May bump his thread with my outcome.
