I've tried several of the packaged stuff over the years and found this one on the net and it's a winner in my eyes.

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. melted butter

Beat all this together until smooth and make your pancakes.

If you like stuff like fruit flavored pancakes with apple, peach, banana, etc. add that to the batter.

Add a little bit of fresh lemon zest (fine bits) to the batter. To me it puts a little depth to the flavor I find

Currently using this. I did not realize when I ordered it from Costco it was 10lb. My wife was like, wtf.

Sounds interesting. My wife loves them with apple and this is what I do prior to adding them to the batter.

Melt some butter, add the peeled, thinly sliced apple, then add a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon to taste and let that cook down until the apples slices soften quite a bit.

I add some of that to the batter and what's left over, I add to the top of the pancakes instead of syrup.

same here, except swap buttermilk for regular milk because that's the way Maw-maw did it.

I use one that's similar, except I usually add just a small bit of vanilla flavoring.

Buttermilk definitely makes a difference in not only flavor, but also it makes them more fluffy too.

Whole Foods Buttermilk mix is the best we've found for a pre-made. I like to mix it with some Jiffy corn bread mix.

Not but it’s delicious. I should have posted that I had it a couple months ago. Thanks for checking on me
