Here is my entry:
Beer battered Catfish sandwich
(The reason I went with Texas toast instead of Reising’s, there’s plenty of crunch with the pickles, slaw, and fried fish).
Texas toast/cheese
Sliced dill pickles
Sliced tomato
Fried fish
Finely dice Cole slaw (little heavy on the mayo)
