sauce

I generally fry and toss in buffalo.

If grilled I like brushing Tiger Sauce on them towards the end, or tossing after pulling from grill.

*if you can spice up a bbq sauce that goes good as well. Finn McCools did a very spicy bbq sauce that was dynamite.

I'm a dry rub only when I smoke/grill wings.

I don't have my dry rub recipe handy though.

I will either dry rub or marinate in a mixture of spices, honey, and wing sauce.

I typically smoke them for a couple hours then toss them in the fryer to crisp them up. We usually have a few different bottle sauces on hand so serve yourself.

Alabama white sauce is a good one.
Also good.

Or I'll pull some fresh jalapenos from the garden and blend it in with Franks and some butter.

I don't marinate smoked wings but that is me. I dry rub.

Sauce you can take easy way out, Zea sells Sweet Chili Glaze and Thai Rib sauce.

It's pretty good stuff but never tried on smoked wings.

I assumed he meant grilled, but I guess with a BGE you can do either

I take Fresh Thymes buffalo sauce (or your preferred brand) and add a couple good dashes of soy sauce and some melted butter. I like my marinade to have more kick than your standard buffalo sauces, so I add some ground habanero, which has a real nice smoky flavor. All it is is oven roasted habanero peppers that have gone into the magic bullet and then into an empty spice bottle
