I don't understand where the people in this thread saying its a horrible location and surrounding restaurants are struggling are coming from. It's like they don't even live in BR

Yeah, I stopped reading his post after he suggested that places have been struggling for decades to stay open.

You know if Link, Spicer, etc start looking this way they will shut down some of the Crabmeat hollandaise crap we have been having here for ever.
