Looking for a good restaurant, nothing fancy. I like dives as well. What is a must eat in the LoDo section of town?

Fresh Craft on Blake St. just south of 16th St. Mall. I wouldn't say it's "can't miss" but it's a solid restaurant with a really good beer selection.

Good luck finding good food in Denver. I've yet to find anything above average.

Everything LOOKS like it's going to be awesome because they really pump the whole farm to table aspect at a lot of places up there. Then you get the food and it's just a bunch of under seasoned shite.

On my last visit, my wife and I just started eating at a chains because we at least knew what we're going to get and wouldn't be setting ourselves up for a letdown.

Acres on South Broadway is the best restaurant I've found so far. I've been here for 5 months and am disappointed in the food so far

Denver food is pretty lackluster unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg for a white table cloth place. Moes BBQ on Broadway just south of 6th Ave is not awful.

If you want ramen, go to the highlands and check out Uncle. It's first come first serve so you can end up waiting on a busy night. If you want a dive place that has a menu comparable to a diner, try Charlie Brown's. It is a strange place and oddly satisfying food.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I really appreciate it. The yard house was pretty good. Nothing to write home about yet
