I can vouch that all A-B, miller, and coors products in the grocery stores I saw were lower ABW products, in CO at least

I was specifically wondering about Florida. I've google it and can't really find what I'm looking for. I heard it again from a friend a couple years back. I told her to bring me the empty case/can and show me the lower content and I'd pay for it. Never settled that bet.

Could have been a particular county or city in Fla. that controlled the alc. content of beer. But state law allows "normal" beer to be sold. The state does limit the container size which effectively outlaws growlers.

About 5.3 12 ounce beers in a growler.

So Budweiser brews a batch specifically for Colorado and one of Utah, etc.?

I'd imagine that if one was 3.2 and the other was 3.5 max they would just produce the 3.2 and send it to both I'm sure it's much more complicated than that though.

3.2 in Utah is correct, nicknamed "near beer". The saving grace is that the alcohol hits you more because of the altitude.

Unless they've changed the laws, wine etc is off limits until after 1pm. It sucked to enjoy a sushi lunch without sake.

check this out. granted it's wikepedia so take it for what it's worth. according to this, missouri has some pretty lax liquor laws. also, according to this, 18-20 y/o can drink w/ parental supervision in mississippi.

If he bought that budweiser in a grocery store then yes. If he bought it in a liquor store it's the same.

This should be the correct answer unless we are talking about OK or UT, I believe. I think some of the major breweries make weaker beer for the weaker states.
