Bought some new york strips earlier and made philly cheesesteaks. Cut the meat really thin and onions really thin. Provolone and french bread toasted. Threw some worchestersonshire and A1 in the pan. It was a good time.

Strip for sure.
A top quality Ribeye is good stuff, but the average Ribeye is too stringy and fatty for me.

Ribeye but really only because of the cap. If it was just the eye I would probably prefer the filet.

Was a strip guy for years, but filet rare these days with a good seared crust.

strip and rib eye are about equal to me. just depends on what im in the mood for. little bit leaner then strip. lil more fatty and then ribeye.
while im not turning down a well prepared filet its one of my least favorite cut of beef, particularly for the price.
