Too many: Brownies, Cheesecake, Ice Cream.
Rarely make any of them, anymore, but they still reside in my Food-Endorphin Memory Bank.

My mother makes this dessert with a shortbread crust (pecans, butter, flour, sugar), then a layer of cream cheese, sugar, and I believe some whipped cream, then it's topped with blueberry pie filling. put in the fridge until it's set and serve cold.

It's so delicious, and I believe that my grandmother won a church contest with it back in the day.

My grandmother (granny) made pumpkin pie that made pumpkin pie haters ask for it. She never did drugs but she put crack or something in it. I have her recipe and have tried to replicate but its just not the same as hers. I guess she put her love into it.

Panna cotta. It's ridiculously easy and something no one else does.

Bonus points if you make a strayberry or raspberry compote to go with it

Quite a Catalog you have presented.
Is Cornbread a "Stand-Alone" Dessert?

I guess I have posted a lot of desserts over my time here. If it weren't good, I wouldn't post it.

My wifes family is from Georgia. They can do things with peaches that make my knees weak. Their homemade peach cobbler with fresh peaches is probably the best thing i have ever eaten. They make homemade ice cream with fresh pureed peaches that is incredible.

What is weird is that im really not a huge peach fan otherwise.
