I’m frying turkeys for New Year’s Eve. Does anyone through other stuff into the oil (not the same time as turkey)? Was thinking of pistolette rolls..thoughts and experience appreciated!

Fried pistolettes stuffed with a good pan sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese are probably what Jesus eats every morning. One of my favorites.

How do you prepare oysters before frying? After or before turkey and how long do you fry them?
