Make sure it is safe from critters. I had a cat get into my pot one time. Put in your car with cracked windows or garage.

Gramps unintentionally aged a deer I shot in the trunk of his Buick once for 8 days in 30 degree weather. Damn fine eating.

Saturday night I just brought my beer with me out on the balcony, rather than walking inside and grabbing one from the fridge each time.

In Chicago, my beer was always on the outside. I just needed to watch that it didn't freeze.
