i like the green also, but i am addicted to the the chipotle. i use it on all mexican food i cook. its especially great on nachos/tostadas/etc
i never use regular tabasco though

I don't know why this sauce doesn't get more love. I really, really like it. Maybe it doesn't have enough heat for a lot of people, but that's one of the things I like about it. Can add a lot of flavor without overdoing the heat.
It's pretty superior, imo, to the other commonly available chipotle sauce, Buffalo.
Evidently El Yucateco is making a chipotle sauce now as well, which I'll be picking up when I find it, since they make my all time favorite hot sauce.

If yall get a chance try this stuff... Has a nice amount of heat and flavor/taste is great. Awesome on pizza, sandwiches, etc

They have that at a few of the Mexican places here. It's really good now that you mention it.
