Debunking Myths About Soy

Soy has been criticized in recent decades and demonized as a feminine man producer. In fact, the research does not indicate that there is any truth to this. These ideas and stigmas came from bad science and conspiracy theories, just like many other false ideas in mainstream American society.
The high isoflavones in soy have a similar structure to estrogen, but they are not estrogen. It has been shown that these isoflavones do not significantly impact testosterone or estrogen levels in men or women. You would have to eat an ungodly, inhuman amount of soy in order for it to negatively affect anything.
In fact, unprocessed soy foods have many healthy nutrients in them and are linked to lower cancer rates. So, if you enjoyed tofu, edamame, or soy milk in the past, you may resume consumption of them with nothing to worry about. The moral of the story is don’t let bad science and conspiracy theories ruin your quality of life by taking away all the good things that you enjoy.

I am a social and fiscal conservative, not a weak leftist. I’m just debunking myths and pointing out facts.
I know that for some people facts mean nothing though because it feels funner and more natural to thrive on emotions and feelings instead.

Most soybeans are crushed into meal or oil. Soybean meal is mostly used for animal feed. Soybean oil is used for food use and increasingly biofuels.

I'm sure what you're saying is true
But this is where the credibility gap gets so bad. I know you're probably right. But the generic scientific community told me I'm crazy for thinking that the coronavirus may have come from the secret coronavirus experiment lab instead of the market next door. They also told me to give my 6 month old a "vaccine" that doesn't work and that he objectively does not need.
You see where I'm going here, Mr. Big Soy

I always associated soyboy with a wimp who chooses to eat soy instead of meat. Never have I ever associated it with the soy making you less manly.

One of the most heavily modified, processed, and chemically applied crops out there. No thanks.

What an interesting non-sequitur.

It's not the soy causing it. It's the lack of red meat that the soy is replacing.
They're turning everyone into herbivores.
quote:
A herbivore is an animal anatomically adapted to eating plant material, for example foliage or marine algae, for the main component of its diet. As a result of their plant diet, herbivorous animals typically have mouthparts adapted to rasping or grinding. Horses and other herbivores have wide flat teeth that are adapted to grinding grass, tree bark, and other tough plant material.
A large percentage of herbivores have mutualistic gut flora that help them digest plant matter, which is more difficult to digest than animal prey. This flora is made up of cellulose-digesting protozoans or bacteria.[2]

True... It has shown to lower or reduces the risk of breast cancer in "women"...
reversely consuming soy for men in large quantities reduces testosterone.. as well as sugar, seed oils and sadly Alcohol and carbs..

This is the case with most foods that are deemed unhealthy. Seed oils, soy, aspartame, etc.

bullshite. My ex's uncle began to experience terrible mood swings and literally started growing bitch tits. He went to the doctor and the doctor deduced it was from his now ex wife transitioning him to a soy heavy diet. He got off of it and everything cleared up.
