Dallas based Heads or Tails Crawfish wins Boil Battle in Baton Rouge at Walk-Ons

Just saw this on there Facebook page. Anyone else in Dallas tried there crawfish before?They are starting to sell there seasoning this year sounds like. Good for them. I keep telling you Dallas guys there boiled crawfish are on point. They have all you can eat events often. According to there FB they have one this Saturday for $25 in Dallas.

I know because everyone in BR is from BR and has never left the area. We also have a dome around the city where nothing, including recipes and crawfish supplies, can get in. It's neat

Heads or Tails is all we use for our area boils in DFW.
He sends out a group text every weekend and you can go meet him wherever hes doing a big boil and just by them off the truck fresh by the sack.
Switched to them 3 years ago and it was night and day difference in quality. he throws quite a few boils in DFW for $20/25 all u can eat and drink.

I went up against these guys. some of the guys on that team do events tents for Walk On's. Was it rigged? Mockler won for lagniappe and the Events crew won best crawfish. you decide.
I was told my team won second place in both categories, although there was only one winner by rules. Good event for a good cause and hope to compete again next year.
ETA: the guys we spoke to on that team said they were from Houma.
