We are getting a Culvers near our house up here in NC. The area around us is has been blowing up the last couple of years. They are almost finished building the Culvers fast food place. I've never eaten at one before...
On our way back from a trip to see the family this past weekend, we saw a Culvers on the Bham bypass and decided to try it out.
Gotta say, real good burgers. Smashed butter burgers. Looking forward to the one by us opening now.
Seems similar to Freddies, which is good too. Wondering if it's me or does the board enjoy Culvers as well.??

personally, i hate it. give me freddies, mcdonalds, hell even BK over Culvers.

I think they’re great. They’re garnish, tomatoes, lettuce, onion , pickle are always fresh and the sandwich is not a sloppy mess.

Yeah we've hit them up in Illinois before, and even in Tennessee if I recall correctly. I seemed to remember liking the ice cream a lot.

I like Culver's. There's a big one in Edgerton, WI off I-90 when you're driving Chicago <-> Madison. If I'm in Madison for the weekend, it's a good stop on the way back to Chicago for that hungover meal.

I stop in at the one in Mitchell, SD every year when I’m up there. Never had their burgers, but the custard is delicious.

I believe during Lent they do a walleye sandwich that is excellent
