Anyone have any?
As much as I like them plain and in guac, I’m interested in trying something different.

Medium sized slices
Spray with avocado oil
Dust with seasoned flour
Airfry or oven bake for about 10 min

Avocado 'fries'

Incorporate them into your salad dressings. For me I like EVOO, a little feta, s&p, green onions, and half an avocado, lemon juice. Really creamy.

I thought avocado toast was a stupid idea until I tried making it myself. It's damn good.

Mashed avocados
Whisk in some olive oil, lemon juice, salt + pepper to taste
Add some "everything bagel" seasoning

Spread on some hardy toast (sourdough works well)

Avocado crema

Avocado salsa

Slice and add to a salad

Baked avocados with eggs in the center

Avocado toast - I know it's the gen Z hipster thing but it's not bad

Use in a Mexican shrimp cocktail (aka the GOAT shrimp cocktail)

Add slices to a grilled cheese

Avacado and tomato sandwich, this is what I eat for lunch most days.

This or crabmeat salad or shrimp salad or remoulade.

Great on top of tortilla soup, pozole, chili, white bean chili etc...

You can make some creamy avocado soups as well.

Pretty tasty to just spoon out an avocado with soy sauce on top. Can't get much simpler than that and it's delicious.

Mellow Mushroom makes a hoagie with avocado, provolone, lettuce and tomato, toasted. Good stuff. The key is to give a squeeze of lemon on the avocado.

Avocado Roulade

not mine but, I've made similar.

Slice avocado and lay on cling film, fill with whatever(typically seafood salad), wrap it up, pop in fridge ( 8-10 minutes) or freezer (3-5 minutes), unwrap, serve with garnish.
